Bortér Szeged 2025: wine festival returns to Dóm Square

Over five days, more than 100 winemakers will showcase their finest selections at Dóm Square, joined by craft breweries, pálinka distilleries, street food vendors, and a craft market. Now in its 13th edition, Bortér has long outgrown its traditional home: this year, some wine stalls and breweries will once again extend to the neighboring Aradi Vértanúk Square.

The festivities will begin on September 17 with the traditional harvest parade. Folk dancers, musicians, and members of local wine orders will march from Széchenyi Square, through Kárász Street and Dugonics Square, before arriving at Dóm Square for the official opening ceremony.

Throughout the festival, two stages will host afternoon and evening concerts, ensuring a lively atmosphere alongside the tastings.

The detailed program will be shared once the organizers publish it.
