Continental Szeged wins gold-level Responsible Employer of the Year Award

The Szeged company received the gold rating of the "Responsible Employer of the Year" award in the large enterprise category, for its exceptionally good practices, which help the development of the responsible employer approach in Hungary - reads in the statement of Continental Hungary.

OFA's "Responsible Employer of the Year" award acknowledges the company's charitable activities, numerous programs, and flexible forms of employment offered to employees. Continental places great emphasis on community activities, and recreation, supports employees in difficult life situations, provides regular free screening tests, and the possibility to work flexibly, as well as from home which, according to the announcement, played a major role in winning the award.
